Shea butter is a rich, thick, soft butter made from the seed of the shea fruit. Shea Butter is a great moisturizer, especially for irritated skin and eczema.
Colloidal Oatmeal is an ultra-fine, very refined oat flour made from whole oats (including the beneficial bran). It’s a moisturizing skin protectant, recommended for soothing irritated skin. 
Hydrolyzed Oat Protein is made from oat protein that boosts moisturizing & hydrating properties. 
Oat Extract is moisturizing botanical extract great for those with sensitive or dry skin.
Panthenol (Vitamin B5) acts as a moisturizer by drawing water from deeper layers of the skin into the upper layers of the skin. It helps with softness and elasticity, and is anti-inflammatory. It stimulates skin re-generation and boosts healing.
